Copyright Registration

Fee: Rs. 70,000

Requirements:

1. Two Copies of work

2. Demand Draft / Pay order of fee as applicable per work

3. CNIC of the Copyrights Holder / partners

4. NOC from publisher if work has been published and publisher is different from applicant

5. Search certificate from trademark Office if the work is capable of being used on goods

6. Residential address of holder or Letterhead of the Business

7. Power of attorney

8. Other Information or Documents as required

Patent Registration

Fee: Rs. 150,000

Requirements:

1. Form P - 1 or Form P - 1A application without priority

2. Form P - 2 or Form P - 2A application with priority

3. Form P- 3 for provisional or Form P- 3A for complete specification)

4. Patent Specification

5. Drawing(s), if any

6. Demand Draft / Pay order of fee as applicable per work

7. Form P - 28(power of Attorney) if any

8. Priority document(for convention application)

9. CNIC of the Copyrights applicant

10. Other Information or Documents as required
