Public Company:
If three or more people come together for a legal purpose, they can register a public company by signing the Memorandum of Association and following the rules in the Companies Ordinance.Private Company:
If two or more people do the same, they can form a private company.
If only one person forms the private company, it's called a Single Member Private Company.
